There is a reason why Fogo de Chão has risen as one of the most popular restaurants on La Cienega's restaurant row. Under the management and skill of Executive Chef and General Manager, Neri Giachini, this Beverly Hills' restaurant offers diners the highest level of quality and customer service. Giachini knows Fogo de Chao is a great experience for those who have never experienced an authentic churrasco from South Brazil. Giachini is seasoned with 18 years of restaurant experience at Fogo de Chão and has always been a hands-on type of leader. Rather than stand back and delegate duties to employees, he gladly jumps at the opportunity to be a part of Fogo de Chao's amazing customer service. In addition to daily overseeing the kitchen and holding his staff to the high level of expectation that Fogo de Chão demands, Giachini's talent, passion, and charisma radiates in all he does.
His excellence as a manger eventually moved him to oversee Fogo de Chao locations in the United States, where he had the opportunity to visit several U.S. cities, including Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Chicago. Giachini remembered that his year and a half in Chicago was described as, "some of the best years of my life." Chicago deeply resonated with him and he loved everything from the city to the people, and, most of all, the everlasting memory that his daughter was born there. In 2004, Giachini and his family relocated to Beverly Hills, where they quickly fell in love with the new city and today, call it their home. Besides devoting his time and energy to the restaurant, Neri is a family man as all his extra time goes towards his wife and kids. After 18 years, Giachini is still grateful to Fogo de Chão for the continued opportunity to grow with the company. When asked what Giachini enjoys the most about his job, he says, "I like to be on the floor, talking with customers. It makes me proud when I see a guest leave my restaurant happy. They don't have to say anything; I can always see it in their eyes if they were pleased with their visit."
