Motherhood Inspires Fashion Stylist Mom to Launch Edgy Personalized Pieces

Jennifer Fisher JewelryJennifer Fisher, is the brilliant and beautiful designer and creator of Jennifer Fisher Jewelry.  Everyone who is anyone knows that her jewelry has been seen on many celebrities, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, Liv Tyler, Uma Thurman, and Gwyneth Paltrow.  Jennifer Fisher Jewelry is unique from other jewelry designs because each piece is tailored person by person so that every creation is personal and unique.  “Young celebrities, unmarried women and even men are all fans of the line as each pendant is representative of the things they love in their life.”  Her vast clientele ranges from everyday women to celebrities, as she is all about providing each one of them with the personalized pieces they deserve.

Jennifer Fisher JewelryShe started out in Santa Barbara, California, with a career in fashion as a wardrobe stylist in both Los Angeles and New York.  She had the opportunity to dress some of the biggest names in Hollywood for ten years as she was involved with numerous films, television shows, and commercials.  Jennifer attended University of Southern California and studied Marketing.  After meeting her husband and moving to New York City, Jennifer had their first child, Shane.  To commemorate such a momentous occasion, she desired “a piece of jewelry that not only had his name on it, but also expressed her personal style.”  When she was unable to find a unique piece that was not mass produced and trivial, she took it upon herself to design a simple14k gold dog tag charm with his name hand stamped on it.  This piece was very personal to her as it reflected the significance of his birth.  Jennifer wore her dog tag on a long, thick link chain and soon after, began getting requests from family, friends and even strangers that Jennifer create pieces for them.  As momentum picked up in 2005, Jennifer Fisher Jewelry was born.

What started out as a simple 14k gold dog tag has evolved today into an extensive and unique line of over 4,000 charms, and growing.  Her charms are all available in 14k yellow, white, and rose Jennifer Fisher Jewelrygold, with 18k gold upon request.  Pieces can be played up by accenting them with single or pave diamonds.  Charms can also be hand stamped or engraved with initials or words of your choice, and look great whether worn alone or layered.  Jennifer Fisher Jewelry has been worn in many feature films and hit television shows such as, Sex and the City the Movie, Entourage, The Hills, The L Word, Weeds, Ugly Betty, and Gossip Girl.  “I wanted to create jewelry that signified my own personal style, incorporated all things I loved, and could be worn all the time.”

Jennifer Fisher JewelryOne of our favorites is the Charlotte Necklace, a staple accessory worn by Kristin Davis in Sex and the City The Movie.  Just like her character Charlotte, this necklace is feminine and charming while also classy and elegant.  Featured in 14k yellow gold, it is comprised of an extra small heart charm with a diamond and a small heart with three white diamonds, with your option of hand stamping or engraving.  These gold double heart charms hanging from a gold caviar ball chain (sold separately) transitions perfectly from day to night and looks great with any outfit.

The fun part about visiting her website is that you can play around with different combinations to truly make your own one-of-a-kind creation.  For those who do not where Jennifer Fisher Jewelryto start, her online shop offers a plethora of pre-set ideas for necklaces in a multitude of charm variations.  For example, her Audrey Necklace displays some of her most popular charms, all worn together on a simple gold ball chain.  This necklace features the heart with three diamonds as seen earlier, along with her popular gold flower key, a gothic letter with pave black diamonds, a gold crescent moon, an elephant charm, and a small eternity circle encrusted with pave white diamonds.  Throwing together a combination of feminine and kitschy charms together gives the necklace an edge of youthful luxury.

Jennifer Fisher JewelryTo add some edge and glam to her collection, she also creates pave black or white diamond gothic letters, studded cuffs, insect charms, ornate shields, and skull rings.  Jennifer also prides herself on providing “mom jewelry” for a woman with an edge and who is not afraid to take a risk by representing what she loves in the most stylish way.  “The feeling I strive to create for my customers is a casual edge, one that will make them feel dressed and finished the moment they put on my jewelry no matter what they are wearing,” Jennifer says.

She has so many charms to choose from that there is something for everyone.  From ornate crests in various shapes Jennifer Fisher Jewelryand designs that can be personalized to represent your family to a lovely feather with pave white diamonds.  Jennifer continues to expand her line by adding new collections and charms while keeping her staple designs.  Her pieces range from $70 to $5,000 for gold pieces and $35 to $400 for silver.  “No matter how much the line continues to grow, the foundation of Jennifer Fisher Jewelry will always remain the same, customizing everything to order and making each piece just yours alone.”  The line is only available through her website
